		Overview The CB-196 is a full-featured BASIC interpreter for Allen Systems' MP-196 single board computer. It supports floating-point operations and most standard BASIC contructs. It also has non-standard commands and features which facilitate its use in process control applications. The interpreter recognizes two separate arithmetic data types: integer and floating-point. Because integer operations are faster than floating-point, program execution can be optimized . The interpreter also supports string processing, decimal and hexadecimal representations, byte and word PEEKS, CALL a user supplied assembler program, AND/OR/XOR logical operators, and automatic execution on board reset. The CB-196 is supplied on two 27C256 EPROMs and takes 8K bytes at 2000H to 3FFFH. It includes a complete User's Manual.
